    Your post reminds me of a practice called, Yoga Nidra, in which the mind and body go into a very deep space. You can get in touch with the subconscious that way. When I went to the Himalayas in India, a yogi taught me how to do it. It is very relaxing and healing. It is said that 30 min. of Yoga Nidra is like 3 hours of sleep.

    Do you practice yoga often?

    But , wow!
    The Yoga Nidra sounds so attractive!

    Actually, I do yoga by myself most of time, but I feel now going to a studio is better! I need a knower and learning a effective way, so I’m also planning start to go to a hotyoga studio this vacation not only studying(^^;)

    Well, how about you?
    Do you still practice Yoga ?
